Having tried briefly to live in the USA after 20 years in Denmark, I eventually concluded that to worship in “spirit and in reality” there, to sincerely work to “love thy neighbor as thyself” one must maintain an extraordinary effort to “swim upstream.” To “go with the flow” within that Satanic context is to become just another “consumer ego locus” within the “Super-American.” Anyone who knows the “peace of Christ” that is “not of this world” and that comes from “trinitarian communion in Christ” (John 14.27-31) will recognize this fact: The “peace” that comes from “going with the flow” in the “cult of individualism” is NOT the “peace of Christ.” And just as we often must undertake a more-or-less violent struggle with our fallenness to truly “love thy neighbor as thyself” and reach the “peace of Christ,” so must we “swim upstream” within the Satanic “Reagan economic miracle” society.
I developed a method of prayer whereby I was able worship in “spirit and in reality” in the midwest USA. This is presented in the next section of this work – “The Prayer of I am in Christ in the chest.” But this was exhausting and the effort seemed Sisyphean at the end of the day. I went to the “sacrament of the assembly” during my time there in a large Antiochian Orthodox church which, while clearly sincere, did not provide me with the same quality of “replenishment” in support of onoing life that I was accustomed to receiving in the Russian church in collectivist (atheist) Denmark. And so, a matter of weeks after the second election of Donald Trump, I gave up and moved to Russia where I live now as a retiree, with the status “spiritual refugee.” No doubt as a consequence of continuing “sobornost,” it is really possible for me to live in “peace and repentance” in Russia, to worship in “spirit and in reality,” to work to “love thy neighbor as thyself” while swimming “with the stream” of society.
We must never give up hope, of course. The great hope for Americans to someday restore Christian principles in “economy” is to de-rail the train on which they are currently riding. That train appears well on its way to de-railing itself. So the real task confronting American sinners struggling to be Christian is this: To begin a serious discussion about how, with minimum political violence, to restructure the political-economic order “after the fall” of the “Reagan economic miracle” so as to “Make America Good Again” as a society founded on the principle “love thy neighbor as thyself.”
The fall of “the Masters” will inevitably be a traumatic process. Although none of “the Masters” themselves will suffer, the masses will be forced to endure very harsh and painful conditions. But I respectfully submit that this suffering is preferable to the nightmare alternative of remaining on the road to the “transhumanist” world of Elon Musk where artificial intelligence is expected to expand the “Reagan economic miracle” by one or two or even three orders of magnitude.
With hope for the future of the world, I respectfully submit that American sinners struggling to be Christian will, collectively, soon be presented with a choice: Either effectively renounce Christ by “doubling down” on the Christian-Satanist “cult of individualism” or “take up your cross” and accept Godly suffering after the fall of “the Masters.” The scale of this suffering will surely be at least as great as that endured by Russians after the fall of the Communists – e.g., a short term decline in GDP on the order of 43%.
